Mills Global is building board oversight, conflict-of-interest awareness, financial stewardship, document retention, non-discrimination commitments, accessibility awareness, and public accountability practices. Mills Global does not participate in political campaign activity and is committed to operating for public, charitable, and educational purposes without private inurement or improper private benefit.
Tax Status Notice
Mills Global, Inc. has submitted IRS Form 1023-EZ and is awaiting determination of 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status. While the application is pending, contributors do not have advance assurance of deductibility. If Mills Global ultimately qualifies for exemption for the period in which a contribution is made, deductibility will depend on the final IRS determination and applicable law. Donor acknowledgements will be provided. No goods or services are provided in exchange for contributions unless explicitly stated.
