The roadmap gives funders and partners a clear view of how Mills Global intends to move from compliance readiness to pilot activity, measurement, and responsible scale.

  1. Phase 0Complete compliance infrastructure, governance documentation, content foundation, partner conversations, and launch communications.
  2. Phase 1Launch pilot workshops, pilot mentorship resources, initial media cadence, and partner-hosted opportunities with participation and feedback tracking.
  3. Phase 2Scale through partner-hosted workshops, improved reporting, donor operations, sponsorship conversations, and expanded 2027 delivery planning.
  4. OngoingMaintain bookkeeping, board minutes, compliance calendar, program metrics, grant pipeline review, and annual impact summary.

Roadmap Guardrails

  • Program growth will be aligned with partner readiness and available resources.
  • Public communications will use current IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) and donor disclosure language across partner materials.
  • Direct fundraising campaigns will be reviewed for applicable charitable solicitation registration and disclosure requirements.
  • Program measurement will begin with practical indicators that can support future reporting.
  • Monthly bookkeeping, quarterly board review, and annual Form 990-series planning will support funder confidence.
